October 14th, Tianyu and the hard disk partner to confirm that Tianyu has the first made-in-China micro hard disk PMP mobile phone, which introduces the one inch 6GB hard disk. While a few days ago, Samsung issued that they had the first 3GB hard disk smart phone of the world.

The phone can play the video of 720*480 and support AVI/MP4/DivX/WAV9/Quicktime6 formats with MP3 player. The screen is 262 144 color 2.8’ (320*240) TFT LCD. It is provided 2.0 mega CMOS camera with software improvement can be 5.0 mega. The battery can support 3 hours video playing and 12 hours music playing, which has a qualified video effect due to TI advance chip.

The vice general manager of Tianyu says that the phone possesses PMP, Camera and Tactile screen three advantages. It is said that the phone is researched and invented by Tianyu itself. The phone is on testing now. 
 
Comparing with the flash memory, the micro hard disk has more technique problems.
